Online participation**

** Online participation includes viewing the plenary talks on Tuesday and all the sessions on Friday. Interaction with the congress is possible via the dedicated chat room. All on-line participants will receive a password to access the congress.

The registration fee includes intermediary services.

The catering fee will be indicated on a separate row of the invoice.

Student Registration

The HGS is committed to supporting the professional development of young scientists. The Student category applies for active graduate and PhD students and for post doctoral fellows who completed their PhD studies no later than 1 years ago. If you wish to benefit from the Young Scientist category, you may be required to send the copy of your student ID to geomates22@geomates.eu.

Payment process

Bank transfer

Based on the pro-forma invoice you can start the payment procedure. You can download your proforma invoce(s) from your account. Please refer to the pro-forma invoice number. The letter of confirmation must be presented upon registration at the beginning of the conference.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations can only be made via e-mail to geomates22@geomates.eu.

Cancellation before 6 May 2022.

Full refund, excluding a 20 EUR administration charge.

Cancellation after 6 May 2022.

No refund

If you cannot attend the conference, a substitute is welcome to attend at any time. In such case please as soon as possible contact the Conference Secretariat at geomates22@geomates.eu prior the event.

Claims

Claims should be submitted via e-mail to geomates22@geomates.eu. All claims will be investigated and answered via e-mail within 5 working days.

Force majeure (vis major)

In case of force majeure the Organizer is relieved of all obligations. Force majeure includes any circumstances beyond the will of the Organizer, that impedes permanent or temporary compliance with the obligations, such as "acts of god" including war, danger of war, government regulations, Covid-19 pandemic, revolts, strikes, transportation difficulties, fire or severe disturbances affecting the conference organization or its supplies. If any of the above circumstances emerge an administrative fee of EUR 20 will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Registrations only become active if the registration fee arrives. Payment of the registration fee is necessary but not sufficient for abstract acceptance. In order to ensure the publication of accepted abstracts authors payment must reach us no later than 20 April 2022. Registrations can still be made after this date, provided payment is received by credit/debit card at the time of booking.
