Guidelines

Oral presentations will be scheduled as 12 minute talks + 3 minutes of discussion. Supported formats are powerpoint (pptx), PDF and Prezi. Both 16:9 and 4:3 formats are accepted.

Posters will be presented on designated e-poster screens. Each presenter will have a maximum of 3 minutes to describe their posters. For technical details see http://www.epostersystem.com/howto_en.htm.

The final deadline for submitting the posters for the conference is TBD.
